Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@pawdenza.com.
